Name of Work:- Maintaining clean condition of floor areas, cleaning the toilets & showers in inactive & restricted areas and disposal of garbages / refuses in KARP & KARP-II premises during the period 2026-27

Cleaning areas by sweeping moping the floors, corridors and steps, road, sand other areas removing the cob webs as specified by the EIC. and roads, water tables including collecting the muck, papers and refuses etc. and dumping in nearby waste bins or where the places shown by the Departmental Engineer at site and Cleaning the toilets consisting of urinals , EWC, IWC, Wash basins floor and shower areas etc. using House keeping material consumable required as per consumable material Annexure-A at four spell annually and each spell in a quarter within 15 days from the issue of work order and then by remaining quantity regularly.

Monitoring the cleaning works as per schedule includes, cleaning of toilets, condition of sanitary fittings, regular filling of hand wash in soap dispenser at various buildings of KARP complex. Arranging CISF co-ordination for waste disposal, special house keeping required during official programs and ensuring consumable material requirement at various location. Maintaining hygiene condition in and around various plant area by engaging Skilled Supervisor.

Consumables required for house keeping works as per technical specification.

Collecting of garbage / refuses from the bins near the building, road sides or other areas shown and conveying to dumping yard at kokkilamedu or other areas shown twice in a month and disposing including conveyance, loading and unloading etc. complete.

Cleaning of Underground / Over head water storage tank by cleaning the surfaces of walls with brushes, collecting and disposing of silt and other materials if any, washing the surface etc. complete all as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge. 508 Bldg .OHT and UGST. (2No's) (2No's)
