Cleaning dust and dirt and servicing wall mounted split AC machine & cleaning the water flow passages, with supply PVC pipe lines as required in proper manner by suitable sucker machine & complete the work Properly & checking all electrical connection as per direction of EIC ( times of maintenence of Each AC as required as per direction of EIC and should be recorded in log book with mentioning date)

Refrigerant gas charging in compressor through local arrangement to get proper back presser of refrigerant & complete the work at as per direction of EIC. ( times of maintenence of Each AC as required as per direction of EIC and should be recorded in log book with mentioning date)

Cleaning dust and dirt and servicing window AC machine & cleaning as required in proper manner by expert mechanic & complete the work Properly & checking all electrical connection as per direction of EIC ( times of maintenence of Each AC as required as per direction of EIC and should be recorded in log book with mentioning date)

Dismantling All gyeser of Manbhumparidarshan abas bungalow checking, Cleaning dust and dirt and servicing proper manner and maintenance guidline by expert mechanic & complete the work Properly & checking all electrical connection as per direction of EIC ( times of maintenence of Each AC as required as per direction of EIC and should be recorded in log book with mentioning date)

Operation of D.G. sets by supply of H.S. Diesel and lubricant for auxiliary power as and when required during power failure as per direction of EIC. (If power failure not occure it will run for half an hour per week to keep the DG set in running condition) (Runnig hours should be recorded in log book)

Servicing Cleaning of existing 30 KVA Diesel Generator Set and checking all parts calibration meters, checking all electrical connections as per direction of EIC. ( times of maintenence of Each AC as required as per direction of EIC and should be recorded in log book with mentioning date)

Arrangement of competent personnel (specially for electrical as when required basis) for up keeping of entire electrical installation, wiring of bungalow, adjacent yard lighting, electrical switch gears, voltage stabilizers, AC machine with servicing cleaning etc for smooth running of entire electrical installation of Bungalow and outside area as per direction of EIC.(Note: May be night stayed as per requirement no extra charge will given, concerned EIC must be informed during each visit)
