Construction of RCC framed structure building with a total plinth area 278.08 sqm for Girls hostel (i.e. Ground Floor = 157.04 sqm, First floor = 121.04 sqm) with provision of G+1 and local touch elevation along with state of art design with a specification mentioned in DPAR Annexure-II with all civil works including, provision of development of site, Internal and external Electrification, providing Internal water supply and Sanitary installation, External service connection, overhead tanks of 4000 litr capacity and septic tank of 50 users with soak pit , in each hostel building, provision for barrier free building and landscaping with approved BIS materials. Design of structure shall be done, considering earth quake forces and design shall be get proof checked by I.I.T. Guwahati or any Government Engineering College/NIT and get approved by the department.
