| 2 | House keeping of technical bldgs stage-II (Unit 3&4) (in general duty except Sunday and National holidays) as per details below:-(i) Cleaning, sweeping, station building including toilets, at 0 m floor , cable gallery, 4.5 mtr. floor with cabins, switch gear, 7.5 m & 10.5 m floors with cabins and cable gallery 15m (TG Hall ) adjoining rooms, column sides, with hand driven pocha, 21.5m,27.5m floors and various works such as cleaning of stair case, hand railing, glass panes etc. etc. (ii) Cleaning , Sweeping Boiler area including toilets) atom floor, 17.5m floor,47.5m rooms cabins, drains, stairs, railings, glass panes etc. etc. (iii)Cleaning/sweeping of Technical/ancillary buildings such as ESP’s, Ash handling pump house and control room, LDO pump house, oil storage area,Clarified Water Pump House , Clear Water Pump House ,DM plant,RWP house.(iv) Cleaning of drains, area around Buildings. (a) By deployment of approx. 18 Nos. USW’s along with 2 No. work supervisors. |
| 3 | Deployment on Sundays & other holidays(i) Sweeping , cleaning of TG Hall with min. 02 sweepers (ii)Clearing drains of chokings with min.02 unskilled workers |
| 4 | Cleaning UCB, adjoining panel rooms, cabins along with attached toilets, glass panes etc. by deploying min. one sweeper per shift in three shifts .(round the clock) |
| 5 | Arboriculture- Cutting wild growth, vegetation,Trimming of trees etc. by deploying 3 No. U.S.Ws |
| 6 | Arboriculture-Pebble Area (i)Removal of grass / vegetation from pebble area of 220 KV & transformer yard area (ii) Transformer yard of ESP'S ,clarified make up water pump house, etc. by deploying 2 No. U.S.Ws |
| 7 | Cleaning of plant roads of Stage-II area by deploying 2 Nos.Sweepers. |
| 8 | Routine removal of ash / mud / garbage / debris, rubbish grass & vegetation etc. from inside the drains to keep them clean for free flow of effluent water by deploying 3 No. U.S.W . |
| 9 | Removal of grass / vegetation, rags ,polythene & other floating materials from screens of Circulating water pump house,Raw water pump house,cooling towers etc. by deploy ing unskilled workers in 3-shifts (round the Clock) to keep them free from choking for free & smooth flow of water in the pump house & disposing the same in the nearby bin. |
| 10 | Hiring of tractor with shrub master/ripper/rotavator/scraper/plough for Removal of wild grass including the cost of fuel, lubricants, pay & allowance admissible to operator/ driver, mtc. & repair of deployed machinery etc. of zone-II area in plant as directed by Engineer In-charge |
| 11 | Deployment of JCB machine including wages of operator and cost of fuel and lubricants etc complete. Note- Breaks for lunch, tea, idling or any other breakdown shall not be counted towards working hours |
| 12 | Part-B (Skilled Category.) |
| 13 | Attending routine breakdowns & faults of water supply, sanitary leakage of toilet / water supply / sanitary fittings in all buildings/structures at all locations by deploying plumber(s) (Labor part only) |
| 14 | Recording / registering of complaints at complaint centre by deploying complaint attendant ( Skilled worker). |
| 15 | Routine cleaning chocking to sewerage line by deploying sewer man |
| 16 | Part-C (Disposal of garbage) |
| 17 | Disposal of garbage ,debris, rubbish and grass & vegetation etc.collected in bins at various locations with tractor trolley (measuring approx. 3 Cum) complete T& P, fuel with tractor driver and labour etc. required for loading, transportation & unloading within Plant area as directed by Engineer Incharge. |
