| 2 | Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm (Forty millimetre) dia M.S. tube 1.5 m (One point five metre) centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etcetera and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etcetera complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin- charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding complete including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 3 | Structural steel work in single section, (TATA/SAIL Make ) fixed with or without connecting plate,including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete In trusses and trussed purlins in building including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 4 | Providing and fixing Precoated Galvanised Iron Profile Sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) of TATA/SAIL/JSW Make 0.50 mm ( zero point five zero millimetre) + 0.05 % ( zero point zero five percentage) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 ( one hundred twenty) grams per square metre as per IS: 277, in 240 ( two hundred forty) mpa steel grade, 5-7 ( five to seven) microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 ( fifteen to eighteen) microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 ( twenty five) microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 ( twelve) metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size 5.5x 55 mm ( five point into fifty five millimetre) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government |
| 5 | Applying priming coat:With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 6 | Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. one or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm (at the rate of zero point nine zero litre per ten square metre) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm (at the rate of zero point eight zero litre per ten square metre) of approved brand and manufacture ( ASAIN/ NEROLAC/ ICI-DULUX ) complete upto all floor level including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
