The purchase voucher shall be produced to the Engineer-in-Charge for his verification of material.Engineer-in-Charge shall deface the original purchase vouchers.(d) MOU with authorized applicator will be submitted by contractor within 7 days after opening of Financial Bid.(d) A guarantee amount of 2.5% of contract of work done for item Nos 07 of BOQ will be retained for 10 years of the completion of work. |
