| 1 | Material and labour for concealed sub main wiring (Three run i.e. 1 x phase and 1 x netural and one run for continues as earth wire connected to earth dolly etc., using red, black and green colour wires as colour coding) with 4 Sqmm single core, FRLSH PVC insulated multistrand copper conductor drawn through and including PVC conduit medium mechanical stresses class PVC conduit as per IS 9537 (Part-III): 1983 of suitable nominal dia as required at site but not less than 25 mm nominal size, with all fittings and all accessories i.e. pipe bend, elbow, pipe hook/PVC clamps etc., for independent circuit from panel/DB to sheet metal enclosure and including cutting of chases in wall, including making good with cement mortar (1:3) and finishes as per existing complete all as specified and as directed.Note :-Three run of copper wire and one run conduit shall be measured as one RM length for payment but extra length of cables required for connection to MCBs/DB shall not be measured and the cost for the same shall deemed to be included in the unit rate. |

| 4 | Material and labour for maintenance free chemical earthing complete with copper solid rod 10 feet length, 17.2 mm dia, made of copper-bonded grounding rod (250+ microns) is a high-tensile, low-carbon steel rod molecularly bonded with 99.9% pure copper, complies with Underwriters Laboratories (UL, UL 467) standards, with exothermally jointed copper bus bar of 50 X 6 X 200 mm for connection. The rod and exothermic joint together successfully tested at 25KA fault current by CPRI, filling around the electrode with minimum 50 kg eco-friendly earth enhancing compound (bentonite/graphite based conductive compound) having low resistivity with each earth rod comply to IEC:62561-7, The earth electrode shall be installed by boring a hole of approx 125 mm dia up to a depth of 4.5 mtr below ground level, top edge of earth rod at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level or as per manufacturers instruction, electrode connections by using earth continuity copper strip 32x6 mm (upto test point from top of rod, i.e. 7.5m min) by means of brass bolts/nuts/washers and drawn through and including protected by 50mm dia GI light grade protection pipe from earth plate to test point, including excavation and earth work, complete with HDPE/PVC earth pit chamber with FRP cover of suitable size, installation, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and as directed.
