Providing services of a Cook at the guest House for preparation of meals, tea, coffee, snacks, and timely to guests. The work also includes maintaining the kitchen, utensils, equipment, and overall cleanliness. Preparation of the required food-item list, ensuring timely procurement of materials, and maintaining proper storage. Regular upkeep of the dining area, assisting in housekeeping tasks, and supporting all other related activities All materials, tools, and manpower required for smooth operation shall be provided on a daily basis as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing services of an attendant at the guest House for servicing of meals, tea, coffee, snacks, and timely to guests. The work also includes Booking rest rooms/guest rooms for the officers, employees and visitors arriving at the Guest House, maintaining the register properly for accurate record of their stay, and regularly inspecting all the facilities available at the Guest House to ensure they remain functional, well-maintained and in proper working condition All materials, tools, and manpower required for smooth operation shall be provided on a daily basis as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
