| 22 | M&L for roof treatment consists of following steps incld taking down existing membrane complete all as specified and directed:(a) 10mm thick cement plaster 1:3 with integral WPC @3% weight of cement (not measured seperately) to be laid over the RCC roof slab when the concrete is green.(b) Applying a uniform coat of primer at 0.70 kg/sqm over cement plaster.(c) 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.6kg/sqm Atactic Polypropylene Polymer(APP) modified bitumen-based prefabricated five layer water proofing membrane reinforcement with non woven polyster matt black finished over compatible primer with non woven polyster matt black finished over compatible primer at 0.40ltr/sqm of density at 25 degree centigrade 0.87-0.89 kg/litre and viscosity 70-160 cps or cold sticker and torch application of membrane with 10 cm overlap both ways after necessary preparation of surface complete as per manufacturers instructions.(d) Apply two coats of bitumastic-alumunium paint over the membrane. |
