| 2 | Providing complete Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection (MEPF) Works on Lump Sum / Turnkey Basis for the Development of Keshod Airport, including design, planning, engineering, preparation of design basis reports and drawings, procurement, supply, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, obtaining statutory approvals, preparation of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, training of operating personnel and maintenance during defect liability period, for all MEPF systems pertaining to the Terminal Building Complex, ATC Tower-cum-Technical Block, associated buildings, utility areas, car parks, approach roads and all related airport infrastructure. The works shall include provision of energy-efficient electrical systems, substations and power distribution network, standby power supply systems, HVAC and ventilation systems, firefighting and fire protection systems, lifts and escalators, plumbing and sanitary installations, pumps and utility systems, lighting and signage systems, renewable energy systems including solar power plant, EV charging stations, lightning protection and earthing systems, and all associated mechanical, electrical, control and safety systems, complete with all accessories and appurtenances required for proper functioning and integration of the airport facilities. The works shall be executed in accordance with GRIHA green building requirements, relevant BIS/NBC/NFPA standards, applicable statutory regulations and airport operational requirements, and shall include assistance for obtaining necessary statutory clearances wherever required. Detailed scope, technical requirements, specifications and system details shall be as per the Tender Documents (NIT), Drawings, Design Basis Reports (DBR), Technical Specifications, Special Conditions of Contract and other relevant contract documents, and the contractor shall execute all works necessary to deliver a fully functional, safe, integrated and operational MEPF system for the airport facilities on Lump Sum / Turnkey basis, complete in all respects |
