| 8 | Reinsulation and proper adjustment of LV winding with the help of standard insulation paper, sleev and other material to complete the work with the help of skilled labour and T&P. |
| 9 | Heating treatment of transformer HV & LV winding & core after proper rewinding at a cartaing degree temp and time. |
| 10 | Erection of HV, LV winding and core with use of proper paper insulation and other required material with help of skilled labour T&P, crane. |
| 11 | Erection of 250 KVA Station Transformer parts like conservator tank breather HV, LV Bushing core and winding after replacement of top cover gaskit with niw gaskit |
| 12 | Centrifuging fo old transformer oil with the help of centrifuging machine up to achive BDV & PPM and then filling in transformer tank up to required level also job centrifuging of new fresh T/F oil for maintaining required level oil |
| 13 | Testing of transformer after repairing including following test and providing test result in two sets. |
| 14 | (i) Voltage ratio test |
| 15 | (ii) Short circuit test |
| 16 | (iii) Megger |
| 17 | (iv) Turn ratio test |
