| 11 | M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. |
| 12 | M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair surfaces of brick in two separate coats (10 mm thick backing coat and 5 mm thick top coat) using water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instructions and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) WPC shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Rates deemed to be inclusive of scaffolding upto height 12 mtr at required places. no additional payment will be made on this account |

| 21 | M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of wall by removing all loose adhering powdery materials of defective paint by brushing, scrapping, water jetting and making the surface smooth using wall putty or paste filler and applying one coats of 100% premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion weather proof paint VOC less than 50 gram/ltr and uv resistance as per IS-15489:2004 Alkali & fungel resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.
