| 5 | Note applicable for item No 01 to 04(i) All equipment under contract will be serviced during the contract period as per standard checklists.(ii) All breakdown calls will be attended to during the contract period.(iii) Cost of spare parts/consumables required shall be borne as per type of contract and shall be applicable to allactivities specified under Section II of this annexure (subject to standard exclusions).(iv) Risk Protection Contract (RPC): Cost of necessary spare parts and consumables to be borne by BSL.(v)The compressor will be checked for its proper functioning and if any defect is found, the same will be repaired/replaced.(vi) Safety controls such as pressure cut-outs will be tested for proper functioning and in case of any malfunction, they will be either repaired or replaced accordingly.(vii) Air filters will be inspected and cleaned or replaced, if necessary. Cost of filters will be borne by the customer.(viii). Cooling coil will be inspected and cleaned, if necessary. |
| 6 | (ix) The blower motor will be checked and any defects noticed will be attended to.(x) The driver set of the blower section will be inspected, belt tension adjusted, and belts changed, if necessary.(xi). Any defect in the electrical items and control wiring will be attended to.(xii) Refrigerant gas will be topped up in the system as and when necessary.(xiii). Activities applicable to Water Cooled Units: (a). Condenser water pumps with motors will be checked for satisfactory functioning. Any repairs to them, if necessary, will be carried out by us.(b). Cooling tower nozzles will be inspected and attended to for proper spray and replaced, if necessary.(c). We will carry out cleaning of the cooling tower sump once a year. (xiv) Comprehensive maintenance is to be carried out by OEM i.e. M/s Blue Star or authorized service dealer of M/S Blue Star only. The contractor shall be required to submit a MOU with OEM for the same and it will be an essential requirement in Technical Evaluation stage. The tenderer shall required to upload MOU with OEM otherwise bids shall not be qualify for opening of finance bid. (xv). Activities applicable to Air Cooled Units:(a). The condenser fan motor will be attended.(b). The condenser coil will be inspected and cleaned.(c) Any repairs in the condenser coil will be attended.(d) Repairs to refrigerant piping due to system problems will be attended . |
| 7 | Dismantling/ taking out and opening the complete monoblock pump set of 3 HP, 5 HP & 7.5 HP capacities in AC plant, repair and replacement of unserviceable parts such as bearing set, glan dori, bush, coupling, Impeller after complete repair and reinstallation at existing location including testing complete all as specified and directed.Note : (i) Spare parts reqd for replacement will be paid separately under relevant items.(ii) Stud,nuts,bolts, Washer and welding as required is included under this item. |
