| 6 | S&F Aluminium Composite Pannel board of 4mm thick, comprising of a core containing not less than 70% non combustible mineral filling, sandwiched between two skins of 0.50mm thick aluminium alloy PERALUMAN-100 of weight not less than 7.6kg/Sqm, with all sub structures, anchors, hardware and all fittings, fixed over and including aluminium section of size 35x25x2mm and 1.0m x 0.30m panel with and including necessary frame work, screwing & scaffolding, fixed with screws / nails, with and including dismantling existing u/s boarding of any description, complete all as specified. Note: Measurements shall be taken as flat as fixed without any allowance for laps. |
| 7 | M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 8 | M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment on old walls with wire brush, scrapping down smoke soot, mould, moss and efflorescent salts, oils & greasy spots etc., and two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer and applying a coat of wall care putty with and including preparation of old surfaces of any description, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 9 | M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment on old walls with wire brush, scrapping down smoke soot, mould, moss nad efforescent salts, oils & greasy spots etc., and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm with and including preparation of old surfaces of any description, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 10 | Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10Sqm on plan) not exceeding 1.50 m in depth and including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, as in all kind of soil, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 15 | S&F Galvanised two strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., complete all as specified. Note: Each line of wire to be measured |
| 16 | S&F Concertina coil fencing of 600mm dia, made out of 2.6mm hot dip prime GI high carbon core wire, with coils not less than 51 turns for an effective stretched length of 6m with 2 handles, with and including anticorrosive bitumen paint coated (black colour), complete all as per IS : 4454 Part-I, fixed at any height of security wall with necessary scaffolding, complete all as specified.
