Day to day cleaning of hospital building round the clock in three shifts i.e. First shift (6.00AM to 2.00 PM), second shift (2.00PM to 10.00 PM ) and Third shift (10.00PM to 6.00AM).The scope of work includes manual/mechanized cleaning which shall include wet and dry cleaning of Floor, dado, wall tiles, furniture, cleaning of toilets including fixtures and fittings like wash basin including counter, sink, mirror, urinals, towel rail, WC/European pan etc. Cleaning of doors, windows, window glass pan, racks, Apparatus, Bed, Bed frames, Bedside table, Dustbin, Faucet handle, Door, display boards, cleaning bed pan etc. Double wages recovery will be made for less deployment of manpower as stated in scope of work.

Disposal of accumulated garbage hospital waste (excluding Bio-Medical Waste) from various location of Hospital complex minimum two trips per day by deploying a Tractor taylor with driver, diesel, POL and sufficlent manpower etc. for loading and unloading of garbage to disposal point as per instn.of EIC( with all lead & lifts)

Supplying and applicattion of the following tolletries like Vim, Phenyl, Nepthalene balls, sanifresh, toilet liquid soap toilet soap,Mosquito repellcnt etc. as per instruction of EIC.
