| 1 | Providing Supplying & fixing colour coated Galvalume trapezoidal sheet or of any shape similar to that of existing profile sheet vertically and horizontally of JSW Radiance Steel SDP make for roofing and clading. The Profile sheets shall be of 1000 mm -1020 mm effective cover width, 28-30mm rib height, spaced at 186mm-210mm centre with subtle square fluting in the pan. The end rib shall be designed for anti-capillary action, to avoid any seepage of water through the lateral overlap. The sheeting material shall be 0.5 mm Total coated Thickness (TCT), Hi-Strength steel with min. 550 MPa yield strength, metallic hot dip coated with AZ150 Aluminum-zinc alloy (55% Aluminium, 43.5% Zinc,1.5% silicon) as per IS 15961. The colour coated sheet shall be pre- painted with advanced Super Durable polyester paint system (SDP), paint system of Nominal 20 microns top coat on exposed surface and 5-micron reverse polyester coat on back surface over 5-micron primer coat on both surfaces of approved color. The exposed paint system shall have stable inorganic pigments for better color performance conforming to IS15965 with appropriate ridge and north light curve sheets of same quality fixed to the existing purlins with approved quality hot dip zinc coated self-drilling hexagonal washer head fasteners of No. 12-14 X 55mm long at every crest at each purlin and No. 10-12 X 20mm self drilling stitch screws of approx. Spacing 500 mm on side laps with approved metal washers all as per instructions of sheet manufacturer and EIC. The rate shall be including of providing scaffolding or providing cherry picker or other mechanical equipment as and where required & dismantling the existing metallic/ Asbestos & FRP roofing sheets of any size and thickness and stacking the removed/ damaged sheet at designated location as per instruction given by EIC or his representative.The bidder shall submit test report of the product before installation of Sheets. Note 1 : The width of the roof along the ridge shall be measured and nothing extra shall be paid for laps with ridge sheets, side laps, end laps and woks in patch or for hiring of cherry picker or other mechanical equipmements etc. The rates shall include taking down the old damaged/corroded roofing sheet to ground level and stacking the same as directed. | 3 | Removing existing GI/MS gutters of any size, thickness, and at any location & height. This is to be followed by the fabrication and installation of new GI gutters made from 2.5 mm thick GI sheets. The approximate dimensions of each gutter section shall be 1.00 m (height on both side) x 0.50 m (Width) x 1.00 m (length), interconnected throughout a total length of 80.00 meters using welding and/or nut-bolting techniques. Provisions must be made for stormwater outlets with a minimum diameter of 150 mm or to the existing dia, which are to be connected to the existing vertical stormwater drain system. All joints shall be sealed appropriately to ensure the entire gutter system is fully waterproof. | 4 | Providing and fixing 2mm thick transparent FRP sheets of required profile at hangar or any location and at all levels for any slope/ shape etc to match with the New/existing hangar roofing, fixed with approved self-drilling fasteners with skilled technicians and proper saftey arrangement etc. including dismantling the existing metallic corrugated sheets, all as per instructions of sheet manufacturer and EIC complete all as directed. | 9 | The scope of work under this tender comprises the Design, Supply, Installation, Testing, and Training of a certified Horizontal Roof Lifeline System on metal roofing sheets at hangar premises. The system shall provide safe access for maintenance personnel working at height and ensure compliance with international safety standards.The lifeline system shall be manufactured from stainless steel SS-316/L components suitable for adverse environmental conditions ranging from –40°C to +110°C. The system shall conform to EN 795:2012 Type-C and CEN/TS 16415:2013 standards, certified for use by a minimum of four users simultaneously. Each component shall be permanently marked with make, model/part number, and batch number, and shall be accompanied by relevant Material Test Certificates (MTCs).The system shall consist of roof posts with integrated energy dissipation technology to limit fall arrest forces to below 6 kN, intermediate and end posts, turn brackets, end termination units, stainless steel wire ropes of 8 mm diameter, and mobile anchorage runners. The system shall also incorporate an All-in-One Unit consisting of an energy absorber, tensioner, tension indicator, fall indicator, and swage-less end cable termination. Visual fall indicators and tension indicators shall be provided to facilitate inspection and ensure the operational reliability of the system.Installation shall be executed only by OEM-authorized personnel, under the supervision of a certified site supervisor. Roof posts shall be fixed with rivets, and waterproofing shall be carried out using flash strips at all penetration points. Each lifeline shall be fitted with an Inspection Plate displaying details of make, type of lifeline, name of installer, date of installation, and next inspection due date. Upon completion, the contractor shall hand over the system to AIESL along with a Work Completion Certificate (WCC).The contractor shall also supply Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) sets, consisting of EN-certified full body harnesses and work restrain lanyards with rope grab adjusters, in the quantity of 16 sets (4 sets per shed). Following installation, the contractor shall arrange on-site training, to be conducted by a Gravity-certified trainer and working-at-height expert. The training shall cover usage, inspection, and maintenance of the lifeline system.The work under this contract shall result in the provision of a robust and durable fall protection system that ensures user safety, protects the structural integrity of the roof, and complies with all applicable safety standards.
