Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required. 13.00 metre

Loading and unlaoding of pole from SOCP IBVA to Site(To and Fro).

Erection of all aluminium conductor of 7/1.96 mm to 7/3.10 mm diameter including binding etc. as required.

Cleaning, Painting with aluminium paint(Gloss Enamel Silver Grey Paint) of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.(6.9 Sq Mtr per pole)

Painting with (Gloss Enamel -Assorted colours-BLUE Paint) of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on single coat of Poles as per the direction of Engineer In Charge.(3.45 Sq Mtr per pole)

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover platehaving locking arrangement and watering pipeetc.(but without charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.

Providing and fixing of 5 spike Copper Lightning arrestor, Dimension:Ball:50mm Round; Rod:Dia.1\\", Length:2'; Plate:6\\"X6\\"X6mm (LXWXT) Complete with accessories on top of the pole.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) cross arm for 2 wire over head line complete with clamps, bolts, nuts and washer etc including drilling of holes for insulator pins etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finished paint as reauired.

Erection of angle iron/ channel iron cross arm on wood/ RCC/ PCC/ steel tubular/ rail pole etc. as required.

Providing with fixing of one number Single core cable 35 sq mm Aluminium of 1.1 KV grade manufactured As per IS:14255:1995 latestin HDPE Pipe(40 mm dia, PE-100 and PN-6, ISI marked) from top of the pole to earth pit including clamping with pole .
