| 5 | Shifting of angle iron sections ISA 45×45×6 mm weighing 2700 kg and channel sections ISMC 100×50×5 mm weighing 100 kg from M&HED Pampore Store to the newly allocated divisional land at Bagatpora Handwara, including loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical transport up to the site of work. The job further includes fabrication of vertical posts of 9 ft height out of ISA 45×45×6 mm, with 1 ft long base pieces welded at the bottom to facilitate proper grouting in cement concrete blocks and welding of two cross members for each corner post out of ISA 45×45×6 mm to provide additional strength and rigidity to the fencing structure, fabrication of main entrance gate of size 12 ft × 7 ft with CGI 0.5mm thick Color Sheets in two halves out of ISA 45×45×6 mm, including cutting and fabrication of an inbuilt wicket gate of size 6 ft × 3 ft in one half, and fabrication of 10 ft high posts out of ISMC 100×50×5 mm for fixing of the main gate, which shall also be properly embedded and grouted in cement concrete blocks. The item further includes proper erection and fitting of the fabricated gate on the main posts including provision and fixing of hinges, locking arrangements and other necessary fixtures, complete in all respects. The job is inclusive of all labour, tools and tackles, POL, portable DG set, welding set, grinder, cutter, superior quality welding electrodes, and all other incidental charges required for proper completion of the work as per site requirement. |
| 6 | Providing and fixing 14 gauge barbed wire fencing comprising horizontal lines of barbed wire with two diagonal lines interwoven with the horizontal wires, fixed between angle iron posts placed at a spacing of 6 ft centre to centre, including providing and fixing of suitable fixtures for proper fastening. The barbed wire shall be properly stretched, aligned and tightened using suitable tensioning methods to ensure firm and durable fencing throughout the length, complete in all respects. The item further includes necessary cutting, binding, fastening and adjustment of wires, ensuring proper interweaving of diagonal wires with the horizontal lines for additional stability and durability of the fencing system.The item is inclusive of all labour, tools and tackles, POL, portable DG set, welding set, grinder, cutter, superior quality welding electrodes, and all other incidental charges required for proper execution and completion of the work as per site requirements . |
