| 11 | Disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable HT joint and Supply & fixing only, jointing and testing cable jointing kit of 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through, cold shrinkable type complete with all jointing material and accessories suitable for 50 to 185 Sqmm 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of any sizes and type including excavation, returning and filling upto 10 mtrs, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 12 | Material and labour for testing the cables with high voltage DC testing machine and locating the fault in the cables by fault locating machine to pin point exact position of fault, disconnecting faulty 11 KV HT cables of different sizes from both ends, removal of Fault, Re-connections and testing of cables after removal of fault complete all as specified and directed.Notes : (i) All T&P and other accessories required for checking and finding of fault in cable shall be provided by the Contractor (ii) Charges/rent of the fault locating mobile machine, operator, engineer, electricians etc shall be deemed to included rate quoted by Contractor. (iii) Checking and finding fault upto 03 places of same route of the cable will be considered as one Job. |
| 13 | Supply and fixing in replacement including commissioning & testing of HT lightening arrestor expulsion type complete with all fitting transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps current rating 10 KA suitable for 11000 Volts & making necessary connections complete including taking down of existing lightening arrestor, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 14 | Supply and fixing in replacement including commissioning & testing of drop out fuse unit suitable for 11000 volt mounted on MS channel complete with post insulator polymer type fuse barrel (fibre glass tube) etc for 3 phase, including taking down of existing drop out fuse unit, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 15 | Supply and fixing in replacement including commissioning & testing of 11 KV Air break gang operated triple pole switch for current rating upto 200 amps, mechanically operated mounted on polymer insulator and steel frame outdoor type suitable for vertical installation single brake provided with locking arrangement, consisting of MS channel , HT post type insulator, copper complete including taking down of existing unserviceable air break switch, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 16 | S & F in repair HT cable route indicator made out of 45 X 45 X 6 mm MS angle of length 60 cm and bolted with round CI plate of suitable size indicating HT cable 11000 V complete including excavation & grouting by PCC 0.3x0.3x0.3 mtr, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 17 | Supplying and fixing Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for , HT 25x20 cm, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 18 | Supply and fix in repair Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and applying two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide, complete all as specified and as directed. |
