| 2 | Conversion of Individual FMB into Auto CAD File: Identification of respective lands that are corridored by the Transmission Line by Transect Walking System aiding with GPS devices along the center line of the corridor. Preparation of rough alignment sketch by denoting the Survey Numbers of the land that pass through. Based on the sketch, conversion of indivdual FMB Sketch with Ladder measurements that are corridored by the Transmission Line to be done within the Tolerance Limit in AutoCAD. Tolerance Limit shall be applied as per the Survey of India's Guidelines. |
| 3 | Combining FMB Sketches and converting into KML File: As per prevailing practices/guidelines, width markings to be carried out on either side from mid-line for entire individual FMB Sketches that pass through the Transmission Line Corridor. Further, entire Individual FMB sketches to be combined for forming alignment Topo Drawing. Profiling of the combined FMB Sketches in the field by providing Control Points at every 2km interval using DGPS Instrument. With Reference to the Control Points, the entire Transmission Line Corridor to be compiled as KML File. |
| 4 | Conducting Topographical Surveying: Towards the charges for conducting topographical survey along the Transmission Line to ascertain a corrider width by using Total station (Detailed field survey), If necessary drone can be used with necessary permission if any, including taking of all existing features in the field. The base area of all the towers to be surveyed, Total land area of all the Land owners to be surveyed with the reference of survey stones. Cost of leads, lifts, conveyance, survey tools & plants, hire charges, all labour charges, head loads etc., to be accompanied by the contractor itself. |
| 5 | Sub-Division Work: Towards the charges for marking Transmission Line Corridor, Tower Base in the individual FMB sketches and combined FMB Sketches. Calculation of land areas of Tower base, Transmission Alignment along with Corridor Width and identification of land owners. Sub-division sketches to be formed based on the identified land areas. |
