Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc complete on concrete walls (from Nerolac or Berger machine made top Quality as approved by Intending department )

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Providing & laying water proofing treatment to vertical and horizontal surfaces of depressed portions of W.C., kitchen & the like consisting of: (i) Ist course of applying cement slurry @ 4.4 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 in recommended proportions including rounding off junction of vertical and horizontal surface. (ii) IInd course of 20 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion including rounding off junction of vertical and horizontal surface.
