| 1 | Rebaring - Chemical-Supply and application of Lokfix E77, a heavy duty, two-component epoxy anchoring chemical, provided in 3:1 ratio side-by-side cartridges with a static mixer nozzle. Upon application, it sets and cures to securely anchor various steel fixings into concrete and solid masonry substrates. It is a pure epoxy chemical anchor grout with ETA approval from DIBt for diameters ranging from 8 mm to 40 mm at specified embedment depths, as per manufacturer's specifications. The epoxy chemical must have a working life period certified for 100 years as per ETA from DIBt, with properties including fire resistance tested to withstand 120 minutes (DIN EN 1363-1:2012, Technical Report TR 020), and must have water tightness certificate for \\"0\\" mm under 5 bar water pressure (EN 12390-8:2019). ETA approval from DIBt for Diamond Drilling is required, alongside LEED certification and compliance with LEED V4 standards (ISO 16000, EN 16516, CDPH 01350, ASTM D2369, EPA method 24). It should compilance with European approval to EAD 330499-01-0601, anchoring in cracked and un-cracked concrete, includes fire testing to 120 minutes and C1 & C2 seismic approval. It shuould have compressive strength >110MPa (EN196-1) and flexural strength >60MPa (EN196-1). Rates shall encompass labor, tools and plants for power drilling in concrete, epoxy cartridges, plastic nozzles, and complete drilling holes with dust removal by air blowing. Cost of providing, cutting, bending of rebar steel shall be paid separately as per approved item. |
