Providing two legged scaffolding for outer surface painting using 15cm dia casuarinas props distance between two rows being 1.25m and spacing of posts being 2m in both rows, with two horizontal posts with 0.50m overlap on either side and braces at 2m c/c including longitudinal and transverse m idle braces to step up and providing a platform with C.W. Planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc., complete using coir and nails.

Painting the Door with two coat of enamel paint including cost of cleaning labour charges, lead, lift etc., complete

Painting two coats over old grill surface after thorough scraping with ready mixed enamel paint of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing special clamps to Strenthing the existing Rain water down fall pipe Including cost of materials for clamp manufacturing and all screws and nuts required including and all labours lead lift T&P other etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.
