| 2 | Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frames 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish including centring , shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for-in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:- |
| 3 | Vertical surface such as wall ( any thickness) partion and the like including attached pilaster, butresses, plinth and string courses and the like with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 4 | Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:5:10( 1 cement :5 sand :10 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth. |
| 5 | Cement concrets flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement (40 mm thick) as per direction and to the entire satisfaciton of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lift. |
| 6 | Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand & manufacture & required shade on undecorated wall surface (two coat) to give an even shade after thotooghly brushing the surface to remove all dirt & remains of loose powdered materials. |
| 7 | Half brick masonry in common burnt clay 2nd class building bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor two level incement mortar 1:4 )1 cement :4 sand )including curing complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge upto all lead and lifts. |
| 8 | 15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick /stone /concrete walls for interior plastering upto floor two level I/c arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar1:4 (1 cement :4 sand)including curing complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction fo Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lifts. |
| 9 | Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing / Gate made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.). |
| 10 | Providing and fixing of PVC Badminton Court Mat of approved make, 1.42 metre width, 15 metre length , laid over 7 mm thick rubber shock absorption cushion, properly aligned and jointed with adhesive tape, including surface preparation, and all incidental charges, complete in all respects as per specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
