Providing and fixing 10 mm thick acid and/or alkali resistant tiles of approved make and colour using acid and/or alkali resisting mortar bedding, and joints filled with acid and/or alkali resisting cement as per IS : 4457, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

P/f Kota stone slab flooring base of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cemen: 4sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, i/c rubbing and polishing complete (25 mm thick)

15mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor twol level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6sand) within all leads and lifts as per satisfaction of Engineer in charges .

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar droopings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth within all leads and lifts as per satisfaction of Engineer in charges .

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
