OD196607/2024-2025:Chipping and removing old spalling/defective concrete and exposing the defective /corroded reinforcement of the ceiling, joint the additional bar wherever 1/3 diameter of the bar is corroded.Removel of the defective concrete across yhe bar should be at least 2 mm beyond the defective bar so that the reinforcing bar can be cleaned with emery ribbon,wire brush etc.After cleaning the bar wash the bar with clean water and collect all the spalled/fallen concrete.measurement is calculated for whole exposed area .Including cost of meterials,labour charges,conveyance of meterials to site hire charges of tools etc complete.
