Material and Labour for complete removal of existing treatment internal as well as external or ceiling of building and soffits of Over Head Tank including installations of GE utility by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7\\"/9\\" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying one coat of white cement based water proof wall care putty to give smooth and even surface on old as well as new plastered, old brick pattern finish wall surface and Over head tank including installations of GE Utility including sand papering the puttied surfaces to form an even and smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of puttied surfaces and applying two coats of 100% permium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm /litre and UV resistance as per IS15489:2004, Alkali, & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.90 litre/ 10sqm per coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over new plastered or unplastered and old plastered/ unplastered surfaces of Over head tank and installations of GE utility to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI, by allowing 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.Make:- Weather coat long life WL 300 in berger / Apex ultima protek PU Serum Asian Paints or equivalent manufacturer as approved by GE.

Material and Labour for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over new plastered or unplastered and old plastered/ unplastered surface using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper/ primer should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Bison acrylic distemper in Berger / Lustre interior wall finish in Asian Paints or equivalent manufacturer as approved by GE.
