Schedule ‘A’ Part I “BUILDING/STRUCTURES ” Design and construction of RCC M-25 framed Structure (SingleE storey) with permanent Specifications in RCC M-25 with Brick masonry panel walls, ATT, PU based WPT, earthquake resistance as per latest IS etc incl RCC foundation etc complete all as specified and as shown in Architectural drawing / Approved structural drawing.Note:- The contractor shall submit structural design & drawing of the building under Sch 'A' part I (prepared based on Architectural drawing forming part of tender document) duly vetted by any IIT / NIT or any Govt engineering college within the time limit shown in schedule 'A' notes.
