The hinge side vertical of the frames reinforced by galvanized M.S. tube of size 19 X 19 mm and 1mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness and 3 nos. stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete all as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. Making arangement for fixing of hardware, EPDM gasket, 1.2+ 0.2 mm thick galvanized steel profile to be inserted in required profile. | 13 | Taking down ceiling fan, sealing cable end,dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to store carrying to the store complete all as specified and directed. |

| 15 | Taking down of Split type Air Conditioner of any capacity 1.5/2 TR from existing location incl removal of outdoor unit by opening all electrical connection and suction & discharge line connection carefully & removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site. Filling the opening of old location with cement mortor, applying white wash on wall with matching with existing colour of the site. Refixing, installation of Split type Air Conditioner to new location as directed by Engineer-in-charge, of any capacity 1.5/2 TR by filling of refrigerent, installation of outdoor unit, fixing of suction and discharge copper tubes with replacement of insulation of suction & discharge line and making holes for passing of suction & discharge line on brick wall incl well finish with cement mortor, applying white wash, colour wash, distemper etc on wall to match with existing colour of the adjacent surface at new location etc. complete all as specified and directed. |
