Wall Cladding with Terracotta Desiner jali: Designing. Supplying and fixing of Terracotta designer jall of Nuvocotto or Equivalent make of size having 200 X 200 X 60 mm as per manufacture finished with approved color and pattern. The Block shall be fixed by suitable system by using mortar or special ready mix mortar or adhesive per manufacture guidelines and specifications with suitablable thickness of joining material, size and spacing to withstand the structural design criteria specified. supported or Locked by beams or columns as per design height criteria of the cladding as per manufacturer technical specification, Cladding joints should be with as per design and drawings including cutting, lointin& fixing, scaffolding, cleaning, lead, lifts, handling etc. complete as shown in design, drawings and specifications as directed by engineer & In charge. Sample needs to get approved from project architect before execution of work. (If MS work required it will paid)

Providing supplying and fixing Acrylic/oil colors pentings On Canvas. Providing art work should have been created on the winsor and Newton cotton canvas and the canvas should be of 10. OZ thickness the texture of canvas should be fine grain and oil / Acrylic colours used to create the artwork are from the winsor and Newton linseed oil and liquin to apply and mixing for oil colours, after finishing the artwork a coat of varnish should be applied On the artwork the wooden stretcher required for the artwork is made up ofpine wood planks 1.5 Inch by 1.5 inch thickness. Fibre frame should be applied for exterior decoration of the Art Work. Art work should be Sanctioned Rate for Nashik Court Bldg.

Clean the wall: to remove any dirt or debris. Repair holes and cracks: in the wall surface. Sand the wall: to create a smooth, even surface for painting. Wipe away any sanding residue: with a dry cloth.
