Engaging Annual Maintenance Service of 120 No’s of LIG flats Block B & C Board's Rental Scheme of 510 LIG flats Multi Storied Building LIG flats ( Stilt + 15 Floors) in S.No’s.738part, 739part, 742 and 743part at MKB Nagar, Perambur Village, Perambur Taluk, chennai Under Self finance scheme for the Period From 01.04.2026 to 31.03.2027. by engaging the required and properly trained pump operators for lifting water from sump, well or bore ,well to the over head tank in each block, maintenance of pump sets, attending the repair works in water supply and sanitary line and removal of blockages in water closets, inspection chambers and gullies, attending electrical fault in wiring and electrical installations in the flats, replacing the bulb in common areas, sweeping the common areas in and around the scheme area, , without any complaints from the residents of the scheme and also staying in the lift itself as per time schedule indicated, etc., complete in all respect and as directed by department officers.
