Fabrication of radiator guard made of M.S. angle frame (inner angle of size 35x35x4mm, outer angle of size 50x50x6 mm, supporting leg of size 75x75xl0mm) fitted with steel wire mesh, (25x25mm, 10SWG) for the front and up to top of the radiator of L.T side of 63MVA T/F at 132 KV S/S FCI Old as per the site requirement including the cost of the labour,T&P and materials.

Fixing of new fabricated radiator guard into the pit of size 2x2x2 fit and ground on earth by 1:2:4 C.C mixture and making the plinth of 1x 1x1 fit above ground level along with plastering including the cost of the labour, T&P and materials.

Rubbing and cleaning of radiator guards by sand paper, removing the dust and rust. Providing and applying one coat of red oxide primer and then after two coat of synthetic enameled good quality paint of Asian/berger/Nerolac make in Grey Colour.

Double earthing of above radiator guard by Cutting, bending, laying of MS flat including welding with main earthmat 700 mm below ground level with object to each excavation of earth its back filling, painting with synthetic enemal green color above ground and all associated work to complete the job satisfactorily including cost of MS angle but excluding cost of MS flat.

Raising the height of ALP structure for 30KV LA of 40 MVA t/f at 132 kv s/s FCI-II(1 Job) & 132KV S/S Bhathat (2job) after dismantling of LA, associate conductor and Modify existing structure and again its erection up to required hight by taking suitable size of tower piece from store and then fabricating required size by cutting making hole etc. with all associated work to complete the job satisfactory ,finally reerection of LA,rejumpering of all phase of conductor and rearthing of LA.(one job consider for 3 no.ALP)
