(High Tension pre coated) wire, fixed in cast-in-situ PCC M-20 concrete in foundation Footing of size 600 mm dia 300mm deoth from top and P.C.C of proportion in cc (1:4:8) of size 600 mm dia 300 mm depth at bottom in side the RCC collar pipe of 600 mm internal dia placed over a base of Plane cement concrete of Propotion with C.C (1:4:8) of size 680 mm dia 100 mm depth including excavating foundation pit for each pole in Slusy Soil of size 680 mm dia 700mm depth including providing Cast-in-situ P.C.C of Propotion in C.C (1:4:8) of Size 1520 mm length, 150 mm Width & 100mm depth below slab panel including wtering & Curing for required days, alowing with supplying, fixing be fitting precast RCC/SFRC slab having dimension of 2100mm (long) x 300mm (wide)x50mm (thick) made with M-30 grade concrete having 4mm dia Gl wire 3 nos. convering the top of the compound wall poles with a Precast RCC/SFRC cover of (300x300x150) mm in order to prevent the slab pannels from removing. All complete as a set to be measured in team of running meter including such precast RCC/SFRC top cover, slab, pole, including painting two coats of approved cement paint over a coat of cement wash including curing cost and conveyance of all materials, royalities, takes all labour, labour cess, T & P required for the work etc complete including dewatering if required as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge execluding cost of GST. |
| 3 | Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete of M-25 grade in Column base, Column Footings, Raft Foundation,Stem of the Columns, beams, chaujja, fin, lintel, stair case, jali , shelves and slab etc as per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength ( in work test) 20N. / Square mm. in 15 cm. cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516 using screened & washed sharp river sand for mortar and 10 mm. to 20 mm. size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry, washed and cleaned to be mixed in concrete mixture with approved quality of cement including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days including, centering and shuttering then after dismantling and removing the debrises away from the work site and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials , cost of all labours, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but the excluding cost & conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor Steel and Binding wires and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending etc. of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires and tying the grills and placing in proper position as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
