Patrolling of irrigation channels per day by jeep/car alongwith government official for Channels having any discharge during canal running period for miscellaneous works like safety of canal / water theft/ checking of discharges in various outlets/tail etc as per laid down conditions in chapter 8 (Notes AM&AR).
