| 1 | Supplying, fabricating, testing, transporting, handling and erecting at all required positions and levels, metal wall panelling including flashings of colour matching with panelling and insulation, openings etc. as per approved drawings and design complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including all consumables comprising of the following: INNER and OUTER steel SHEET : Prepainted galvanised steel sheets of 0.50 mm thick with base metal of CRCA conforming to S250GD grade of EN 10326 in all respects, hardness not below 70 HRB, with hot dip galvanisation of 180 gsm (total both sides) as per IS 277, skin passed, zero spangle, pre treated through complete dip process with pre-cleaning, hot rinse, pre activation rinse, zinc phosphate dip and final trivalent chrome rinse before application of special flexible PU primer of 5 DFT on each surface, applied with min. 20 micron DFT of special polyester paint of approved colour and shade on exposed surface and min. 5 micron DFT standard grey shade polyester back coat on unexposed surface and final product conforming to standard EPG grade paint system. Insulation: This shall be comprising of rockwool insulation conforming to IS 8183 of 100 mm thick with density of 100 + or-2 kg / Cu. M. Vapour Control layer : The vapour contol layer to reduce the movement of water vapour from inside the building to reduce the risk of condensation shall consists of 3 layer membrane to be laid continuous across its surface shall be fully sealed at laps, perimeters, penetrations to ensure effectiveness & aluminium foil of 0.50mm thick laid over insulation board. These panels are factory assembled in continous manufacturing line into a complete unit to eliminate the necessity of field assembly of units prior to installation. The edges of the panels shall be shaped to provide a continous engagement for the full height of the wall/partition, providing a positive sound seal and permitting roll formed slip joint with unique locking arrangement in the shape of tongue and groove individually from each side (facia) of the panels. Notes: (1)The cost includes supply of material, coating, profiling, wastages, laps, installation and all accessories, fixtures, ancillaries, sealants as per manufacturer specification. (2) Shop drawing of fitting and fixtures, laps and joinery details etc. should be submitted prior to installation. |
| 2 | Providing and laying intumescent Coating upto 2 mm thickness on steel surfaces meeting all the technical specifications as per relevant codes and standards and applied as per manufacturer's specification,s including a priming and top coat to achieve 2mm Dry film thickness (35 microns primer coat, 12 intermediate coats of Intumescent coating and top coat of 30 microns to achieve 2 mm Dry film thickness -2 hours rating) |
| 3 | Providing and fixing 304 grade Stainless Steel pipes, edge angle, grating, railing, counters etc. of approved quality and size and approved make or approved equivalent meeting all the technical specifications as per relevant codes and standards, by welding, mirror/matt polishing ,fixing at site etc. for pipeline, edging, grating including special sections such as perforated cladding sheets as per drawings, specifications, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1. All SS Sections, SS Plates, tubular sections etc. will be measured and paid in the above item. 2. The contractor shall supply documentary evidence of purchase of steel, Test certificate from approved manufacturers and also third party testing from approved laboratories with out any extra cost. 3. Welding weights, connections, bolts and nuts shall not be measured for payment but the cost of which shall be deemed to have been included in the rates. 4. Welding Electrodes from approved manufacturers or approved equivalent meeting the technical specifications as per relevant codes and standards shall be used. 5. Holes to be drilled only by Drilling machines and gas cutting of holes are not permitted. 6. Rate inclusive of all consumables like GAS, welding electrodes and tools and tackles etc. |

| 7 | Providing Structural steel work using angles, channels, joists and other sections of approved make or approved equivalent meeting the technical specifications as per relevant codes and standards, welded and / or bolted in built up sections for trusses , structural steel floors, frame works, monorails, drain grating and other structures including supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Notes : 1. The contractor shall supply documentary evidence of purchase of steel, Test certificate from approved manufacturers and also third party testing from approved laboratories with out any extra cost. 2. | 11 | Providing and fixing double tubular scaffolding system using H- frames /APS system or (cup lock type) on the exterior side made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in - charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. Note : The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. |
