| 1 | Manual sweeping,cleaning/dusting/mopping of all types of covered area including floor surface with skirting, railings, name plates, chair, tables, (all furniture), fan, switch boxes, roller blinds, and all fitting and fixtures. Tiles on wall in toilets, spittons, removing web and any type of dust etc by scrubbing and wet cleaning using detergent, phenyl, cleanzo or other chemical and keeping homocol cubed and napthalene balls in urinal parlaying of air freshner (one time daily) and hit (one time daily). All consumable items will be as per NDMC (NORMS) used.The work also include collection of garbage/waste upto 50 m distance complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |

Note:- 1 The royalty will be paid by agency to DJB as per the prevalent rates of DJB and is already included in the rates 2.DJB water source shall be with in 5km area from the community hall. |
| 8 | Deployment of Highly skilled & Unskilled labour for maintenance work whenever required as per Direction of Engineer-in-charge(a)1 carpenter (2nd class) along with 1 helper who is capable of doing miscellaneous work like door & window repair, wooden/aluminium repair work, glass work etc. all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |

| 10 | Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. |
