Providing and Laying concrete 1:2:4 (one cement:two sand:four graded stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimeter nominal size) for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts as per direction by th e Engineer-In-Charge including all leads and lifts

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of lead paint in beans joints channels angles tees flats with connection plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins and connected to common rafters and the like as per specification.

Providing Prepainted G.I sheet roofing with galvanized iron J or L hooks boltd and nuts 8mm diameters with bitumen and G.I limpet washers filled with white lead completed excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses(i) 0.63mm thick sheet including all leads and lifts, as per HPPWD, spec ification of 1990 Volume-I, as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66mm to 2.00 mm thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely) Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
