| 8 | M&L for cleaning the surface before final treatment on roof as specified, applying the double layer of glass fibre mesh of 60 GSM over the roof using poly plastic fibre adhesive mix/Eazeecoat Ultra mix in the following manner :-(a) Making poly plastic fibre adhesive mix/Eazeecoat Ultra mix by adding polyplastic fibre adhesive/Eazeecoat Ultra and white cement in equal proportion and add 25% water in it to make the mixture per manufacturer instructions. (b) The double layer of fibre mesh to be spread on the roof & apply two coat of above mixture of poly plastic fibre adhesive/Eazeecoat Ultra with a roller & brush to cover the fibre mesh throughouly. (c) Process of roof lamination :- Lamination/top coat on the roof using poly plastic fibre coat/Eazeecoat Ultra with white cement & water as per manufacturer instructions. Top coat is ammonia free, w/o any harmful effects & is flexible in nature. (d) Minimum thickness of the treatment shall be 2mm.Make : Nerolac Perma/ European Paints & Chemicals or equivalent approved make. |

| 10 | M&L for removal of paint/putty etc from the wall using mechanical means as per manufacturer instructions. Hacking of existing plastered surfaces upto 2mm. Note :- The wall treatment shll be done on hacked/new cementous surface for proper bonding & requsite results. Surface to be treated shall be passed by Engr-in-Charge. (a) Take Poly plastic fibre adhesive/ Ezeecoat Ultra, white cement in equal proportion & add 25% water in it to make the mix as per manufacturer instructions. Apply 2 coats of wall bind adhesive mixture to the wall using a roller & brush.(b) Final & top coat apply with mixing ratio of poly plastic fibre/ Ezeecoat Ultra top coat & water & white cement as per manufacturer instructions. For ser No 8, 9, 10 & 11.Note :- The poly fibre plastic/ Ezeecoat Ultra should have following characterstics :-(a) Resists positive hydrostatic presure of upto 14 bars.(b) Crack filling ability upto 45 mm.(c) Temp control upto 14 degree celcious on any surface like concrete roof, metal shed & for walls also.(d) High durablity to water, fire & UV rays covering climate condition to + 55 degree celcious. |

The surface shall then be cured and allwed to dry. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately). (b) First layer of slurry of cement @0.5 kg/sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.25 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hrs. (c) Second layer of slurry of cement @0.25 kg/sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.15 kg/sqm.
