Panels shall be moisture-resistant, termite-proof, Fire-retardant. All joints, Corners and terminations shall be finished with matching WPC trims and accessories. Work includes surface preparation, edge finishing and accessories such as corner profiles and caps adhesive scaffolding and cleaning of surface after installation, complete in all respects as per drawing and direction. |

| 4 | S&F in repairs Plain PVC Battons of size 25 mm x 50 mm fixed to the wall using 75 mm long MS screws through the groovein the strip by using PVC fastners. The distance between two screws shall not be more than 200 mm complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | S&F Bonded mineral wool/ Glass Wool/ Rockwool blanket slab made from glass density 24 kg/cum and fixed as per manufacturer’s instructions, 25mm thick complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | S&F PVC sheet of 5 mm (+/- 0.50 mm) thick PVC strip or channels of width 75 mm feathered at the edges shall be stuck using solvent cement adhesive at the places where two panels are joined, so as to cover the screw of both panels using solvent cement and 90 degree heat bent strips of 5 mm thick PVC sheets of width 75 mm x 75 mm feathered at the edges shall be stuck at wall joints/ pillars etc complete, shade matching to the desired level as per direction of Engr-In-Charge and manufacturer's specifications and drawings. |
| 7 | Providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling with semi perforated 12 mm thick micro tegular edged GRG false ceiling tiles of size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC 0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225 : 1987, Noncombustible as per BS tiles 476 (part 4 )-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000mm, cross-T of size 15x 32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600x 600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x 24x0.40mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall/partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall wood screws incl dismantling of old False Ceiling. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 8 | M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, in two layers (1st layer 10 mm thick rendering coat and 2nd layer 5 mm thick finishing coat) on brick work or concrete surfaces, second layer (finishing coat) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml / 50 Kg bag of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement incl taking down old cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, rubbish off the premises, removal and depositing serviceable materials where directed and leaving the work clear of any plastering complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Liquid WPC will be measured and paid separately. |

| 10 | M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & concrete and applying 1mm thick Wall Care Putty including preparation complete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper on wall or concrete over a coat of primer on prepared surfaces including, rubbing with sand paper complete all as specified and directed. |
| 12 | M & L Double charged Light shade/ Dark shade vitrified tiles of size 600 mm x 600 mm and 8-12 mm thick following the specifications as per IS 15622-2006, cut to required size set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles as in floor incl screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying of floor tiles incl dismantling of floor tiles including bedding (but not backing), and rubbish off premises or removed to store complete all as specified and directed. |
| 13 | Taking down copper /aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell,socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches , ceiling roses , pendent , regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. Removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit a for above items should be made as per condition seperately) and making good distrubed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed at site. |
