| 4 | Material & labour for Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, complete all as specified and as directed. |

| 6 | Supply & fix 19mm thick BWP grade Marine plywood (710 grade) having specific gravity more than 0.8, screw holding capacity more than 130Kg and water absorption less than 5% with two tier preservative treatment (Glue line protection and finished panels treated with ACC (Acid Copperchrome compound) as in cupboards/shutters/rifle rack etc fix to 1st class hard wood frames (Teak wood) including necessary cutting for rifle rack complete all as specified and as directed and as per manufacturer's instructions all as specified and as directed. Make: Bond 710 by Century Ply/Greenply Note : Necessary fittings will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items. |
