| 2 | Material and labour for concealed point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts (ISI marked) for one light point /fan point controlled by one switch including 1.5 sqmm single core multi stranded FRLSH copper earth wire to common earth and connecting to earth dolly, drawn through PVC rigid conduit size not less than 20mm (ISI Marked) heavy grade and incl MS Sunken box of thickness shall not be less than 1.22 mm & depth shall not be less than 60mm, base and top cover for mounting moduler switch, socket etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note :-(i) The quoted unit rate is deemed to be inclusive cost of metal flush box, modular base and front cover plate and flush fixed with cement mortar 1:4 etc. However moduler Switch, Socket, Fan regulator shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items.(ii) The rate of cutting chases (as required) and making good surface to match with adjoining surface is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. |
