| 26 | Notes for painting items : The following Precautionary measures shall be ensured by the contractor during execution of work:-(i) Contractor shall deposit full quantity of materials (Proprietory Materials required) required for painting works covered under subject contract in the custody of Engineer-in-Charge / Office in Charge of unit.(ii) The materials as required shall be issued to contractor by JE / Engineer-in-Charge on daily basis and the empty containers / bags shall be deposited in the store of Engineer-in-Charge by the Contractor, for verification as per standard consumption / coverage prescribed by the manufacturers.(iii) The empty containers / bags and surplus materials if any shall be removed from the site / store once work is certified as completed by GE with prior permission of Engineer-in- Charge. (iv) While painting internally / externally contractor shall take full care of existing bldg structures of nearby area by providing tarpoline etc (v) Contractor should clean all internal / external floor / doors / windows glass panes etc which are effected by painting to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information |
