Dismantling of floors health or walls tiling and Stone floor including cement mortar bedded & removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5 mm graded stone aggre) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick (as backing coat) on fair faces of brick work or concrete sufaces in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified ceramic tiles as in flooring and skirting of Light shade 9 to 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished area of each tiles size exc 0.11 sqm but N exc 0.36 sqm, 9 to 10 mm thick in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 15 mm thick scred bed in CM (1:4)complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Shutters of any description exc 1 sq. m but n exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.
