| 7 | Container Based Store Room: Supply, designing, fabrication and installation of store room using container of size (LxBxH) 20’0”x8’0” X 8’6”. Structure shall be made in MS pipes of size 50 X 25 X 2mm (at 04 walls and false ceiling of the container) with provision of nut-bolts / fastners. The flooring shall be made using ceramic tiles of reputed brand having size 1' X 1'. Walls shall be made using MDF Board leak proof/water proof of 6mm thickness and having adequate provision for thermal insulation, door wardrobe, PVC office curtain & 2 window for air ventilation. Door shall be made using GI Sheet on the outside and MDF Board on the inside having size 7'x3'. Addition to this, 1 PVC door shall be provided in the toilet of size 8'x5'. Toilet shall hae 1 nos. toilet pots (EWC) with all sanitary and CP fittings with tap, towel ring, paper holder including all plumbing works with GI/PVC in each unit and good quality mirror. The office block shall also have necessary arrangements of lighting such as lights, 6 nos. 6 watt conceal spot light, 2 nos. 15 watt LED Tube Lights, 4 Power sockets 16 Amp., AC power Socket 32 Amp., 1 nos., 3 nos. Exhaust fans, 2 nos. small cealing fan and 2 nos. water proof bulkhead wall spot light for outside. The container(s) should be placed in the balanced manner & should be properly grouted in the ground. All the metal parts shall be duly painted using good quality of paint.(As per direction of the officer-in charge) |
