| 9 | Supply, Installation, Testing, and commissioning of Solar Daylight System (Sunpipe) shall feature a Diamond Dome shape, with a 4mm thick UV-stabilized acrylic dome, offering impact resistance and a density of 1.18kg/cm³ in compliance with ISO 1183. The dome will have an Izod impact strength of 1.6kJ/m², adhering to ISO 180/1A. The dome size will be 750mm in diameter. The system will include condensation traps, utilizing a brushed nylon gasket applied to the top of the Sunpipe to prevent condensation build-up. The internal pipe will have a 0.5mm thickness and be made of high-purity silver-impregnated aluminum with a mirror finish and PVD coating, providing 98% reflectance for optimal light transmission. Each internal pipe will have a standard length of 610mm, with additional sections available as required. Rate inclusive of fixings for installation will be stainless steel self-tapping screws with neoprene washers or tamper-proof pin hex stainless steel screws. The ceiling diffuser will have either an opal or clear finish and feature a double-glazed micro-prism design for even light distribution. The ceiling diffuser ring will be made of white ABS and fixed permanently as per room or client requirements.
