Rate includes dismantling existing asbestos roofing sheet, wired glass, fiber sheet, polycarbonate sheet, flashing sheet, and ridges etc. from all heights, removing bolt and nut, lowering the materials through mechanical/manual means without damage, conveyance and stacking the dismantled materials within CSL premises, the cost of transporting material to work site, conveyance of material and consumables, labour, charges of providing, fixing and removing of temporary lifeline, providing and fixing of 0.71 mm thick roof ridges, leak proofing using FRP materials, fixing and removing ladder above roof etc. complete. It should be ensured that the roofing area shall be leak proof after the completion of the work. Roof ladder should be placed to access work site.(Finished area of roof sheet will only be measured and considered for payment. Overlaps will not be measured) |

Rate includes cutting, machine bending, welding, fabrication including cistern in gutter, welding 130mm dia. 20cm long MS pipe to cistern, erecting in position of structurals aligning the erected structure, applying two coats of coal tar epoxy paint over two coat coal tar epoxy primer after mechanical buffing, cutting down, dismantling, lowering old valley gutters and cistern made of Mild Steel plates. | 9 | Supply, Installation, Testing, and commissioning of Solar Daylight System (Sunpipe) shall feature a Diamond Dome shape, with a 4mm thick UV-stabilized acrylic dome, offering impact resistance and a density of 1.18kg/cm³ in compliance with ISO 1183. The dome will have an Izod impact strength of 1.6kJ/m², adhering to ISO 180/1A. The dome size will be 750mm in diameter. The system will include condensation traps, utilizing a brushed nylon gasket applied to the top of the Sunpipe to prevent condensation build-up. The internal pipe will have a 0.5mm thickness and be made of high-purity silver-impregnated aluminum with a mirror finish and PVD coating, providing 98% reflectance for optimal light transmission. Each internal pipe will have a standard length of 610mm, with additional sections available as required. Rate inclusive of fixings for installation will be stainless steel self-tapping screws with neoprene washers or tamper-proof pin hex stainless steel screws. The ceiling diffuser will have either an opal or clear finish and feature a double-glazed micro-prism design for even light distribution. The ceiling diffuser ring will be made of white ABS and fixed permanently as per room or client requirements.
