| 2 | Supply of SBR based waterproofing compound @ 2% dosage by weight of cement (1kgs) of 50kg cement used to be mixed in cement concrete as water proofing and hardening complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 3 | M&L For applying Pitch Free PU based Liquid applied single component elastomeric seamless, water and vapor proof membrane system Nitoproof 600PF for concrete @ 2.50 kg/m2 (2 coats). Typical applications will include roofs, podiums, balconies, floor slabs, suspended floors, patios, bathrooms, inspection pits, swimming pools, bridge decks, Conforming Tensile Strength (2N/mm2) (ASTM D412) / Tear resistance (15 kN/m) (ASTM D624-00 and Crack bridging (ASTM C836 / ASTM C1305 modified)2mm. After 72 hours of curing, flood test can be carried out to a minimum depth of 50mm of water for 24 hours. Drains shall be plugged and barriers placed to contain the water complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note : All above operations to be done in presence of auth applicator in order all as specified and directed. |
| 4 | M&L Non-skid ceramic colour tiles (premium/special quality) 7 to 8 mm thick , (square/rectangular), area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of the tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement sand mortar 1:6 including dismanthing floor/hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off premises complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 5 | M&L Glazed ceramic colour tiles of size 450 x 300 x 7mm thick (premium/special quality) in vertical wall etc set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with the colour of tile over and including 10 mm thick backing course in cement sand mortar 1:4 including dismanthing floor/hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off premises complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 6 | M & L for double charge, stainfree, vitrified tiles, Premium (1st) quality straight edge, coloured tiles 600 X 600 mm and 8-10 mm thick, as in floors etc. in any pattern of light coloured tiles as in approved shade, set in neat cement , including r and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement sand mortar 1:6 including dismanthing floor/hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off premises complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
