| 24 | NOTE: (i) The preparation and painting work shall be executed by authorized applicator of paint manufacturer only.(ii) Contractor shall submit MOU letter from paint manufacturer within 15 days from commencement of work.(iii) Contractor shall procure the paint after approval of make from GE in three equal parts, 1st part within 15 days of commencement and rest 2 parts at equal intervals or earlier if required and to be kept in Engr in Charge Custody(iv) Work will be executed by mechanised means/ tools (Spray machine) as required. In Case where work by mechanised means/ tools is not feasible then work will be carried out through auto roller or any other mean after obtaining direction from Engineer - in- charge.(v) Periodical work shall be completed with in 7 days after handover of key of bldg, in case of delay panality @ Rs 500/- per day per bldg will be applicable. (vi) Necessary cleaning of painting/distemper marks from floor, doors, window, cleaning of furniture and window panes, pelmet box, Pelmet box/Drapery rod is deemed to be inclusive of rate quoted by the contractor. Non cleaning of floor shall be recovered @ Rs 500/- per qtr for the same.(vi)Contractor shall procure/ brought to site the sanding machine, auto roller, paint mixing machine and other specified T&P with in 15 days from the date of commencement.(vii) Amount of credit for retrieved materials is mentioned in tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted while acceptance of tender offline.
