| 3 | (a) Lump sump amount worked out by the contractor for Design, development of structural drawings as per the architectural drawing Nos CWE/ARCH/33/2025 Sheet No. 1R/2, CWE/ARCH/33/2025 Sheet No. 2R/2 and Construction of Obsn Post at 5000M & 7000M, 2 X rest room with Toilet facility, 2 X OP Post 3 storey, 2 X Staircase (GF) and 2 X Staircase (FF to TF) as per architectural drawings, structural drawing, TD drawings, schedule of finishes & given specifications built in permanent specification with RCC frames construction including ATT, WPT mosquito proofing with OBD finishing ceramic tile flooring, etc complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- The structural design and drawing shall be got vetted from any IITs/NITs before execution of work by the contractor. |
