Providing, manufacturing and installing Smart Swing as per approved design, and drawing (attached) including powder-coated GI main frame (Ø90mm × 4mm) with 700mm half-round top support, dual-side khaprail-style seamless FRP canopy (2900×1800mm) mounted on GI frame, decorative side wheels made from 32mm and 25mm GI pipes, MS seat frame using 50×4mm plates and 40mm × 25mm MS size 1285 mm pipes (18 pieces) (approx. seating depth 600mm and backrest height 500mm), suspension using 4mm thick hinges with 25×60mm pins, 12mm thick hinge plates, SS hardware and 6205ZZ bearings (16 Nos.) for smooth operation: overall swing dimensions approx. 2650mm height, 2180mm base width, 1300 mm inner clear height and 1475mm seating width with 250×250×12mm base plates grouted/anchored as required: minimum weight will be 372 kg: all MS/GI parts powder-coated in approved shade, edges rounded and installation completed in all respects as per site conditions and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
