Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of size 600 x 600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade. The tiles are to be fixed with 3mm grove using spacers. The tiles are to be laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm The grove are to be filled with cementitious grout mix with proportion of 0.90 kg grout and 0.10 kg of hardener for each kg of filling material. Double charge vitrified tile of size 600x600 mm.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses andframed work,including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Provding and installation of corrugated khaprail shape fibre sheet 3mm thickness fixing the sheet with the existing MS frame by self drilling screws, fixing of overlapping ridge at joints wherever required, including cutting to size and shape as required, cutting chase in wall and repairing the same complete in all repsects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 60mm thick high density rubber moulded precast cement concrete pavers block grey /coloured/ designer polished (manufactured by vibro hydraulic pressure process) having wearing layer 6mm to 8mm thick with cement and fine aggregate mix 3:1 (three cement and one fine aggregate) and under layer consisting of design mix of cement, sand and fine aggregate having designation M-35 ISI marked including the cost of best quality colours and hardening agents. The paver should be complied with tensile strength and breaking load as per BIS 6717-1993 and shall be tested against resistance to bear as per IS 1237-1980 (specification for cement concrete floor tiles). The paver should be laid over a layer of 50mm thick screened sand to the required slope and requirement complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing factory manufactured prepcase concrete kerb of size 300mm x 300mm having 100 mm thickness curved at toop duly vibrated, mechanically and compacted made of PCC 1:2:4 duly cured and finished. The rate furhter include filling of joints between kerb with cement mortar 1:2 complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing golden champ jaffery on compound wall with frame of golden champ section 2” x 1.3/8” as horizontal member and vertical members fixed with golden champ and strips 4”x 3/8” @ 6” c/c on both faces sides faces of jaffery. The top of jaffery is to be covered with another strip of 2 x 1.3/8”. The complete panel is to fixed over existing wall and M.S. angle with iron nuts and bolts etc. The complete jaffery is to be painted with special quality over one coat of primer complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
